摘　　要：随着建筑业的快速发展和绿色、低碳、循环经济的推进,传统的人才培养模式已经无法满足现代建筑业对高素质建筑技术人才的需求。绿色建筑技术人才的培养迫在眉睫。但目前,绿色建筑技术人才培养存在校企协同育人不足、师资队伍建设不足、学生绿色职业意识不强等问题。湖州职业技术学院开展的绿色职业教育背景下的绿色建筑技术人才培养的实践探索,为绿色建筑技术人才的培养提供了样本。With the rapid advancement of the construction industry and the growing emphasis on green,low-carbon and circular economies,traditional talent cultivation models are no longer sufficient to meet the demands for high-quality architectural technology talents in the modern construction sector.The cultivation of green architectural technology talents is urgently needed.However,at present,there are problems in the cultivation of green architectural technology talents,such as insufficient school-enterprise collaboration in education,insufficient construction of teaching staff and weak green vocational awareness among students.The practical exploration of cultivating green architectural technology talents in the context of green vocational education carried out by Huzhou Vocational and Technological College provides a sample for the cultivation of green building architectural talents.
