摘  要:现代“新农人”是推动乡村全面振兴的高素质劳动者,培养造就一支服务乡村、助力共富的现代“新农人”队伍意义重大。近几年,湖州在现代“新农人”培育中,虽形成了“一主多元”“多元参与、独立运行”、学情多样化等基本特征,但仍存在重数量轻质量、供需不匹配、短期培育与长效发展不衔接等问题。共同富裕视域下,湖州农民学院探索实施了协同育人、精准育人、联合育人、专业育人、分层分类育人、质量育人“六育融合”的现代“新农人”人才培育实践进路,为高质量推进乡村人才培养提供了有效借鉴。Modern“new farmers”are high-quality laborers who play a crucial role in promoting the comprehensive rural revitalization.It is of great significance to cultivate a team of modern“new farmers”who are dedicated to serving the countryside and contributing to achieving common prosperity.In recent years,Huzhou has developed certain basic characteristics in the cultivation of modern“new farmers”,including“one main and multiple”“multiple participation,independent operation”and diversified learning situations.However,there are still issues such as emphasizing quantity over quality,mismatches between supply and demand,a lack of alignment between short-term cultivation efforts and long-term development goals.In the context of common prosperity,Huzhou Farmers’College has explored and implemented a“six-education integration”approach to modern“new farmers”talent cultivation,which includes collaborative education,precise education,joint education,professional education,hierarchical and classified education and quality education.This approach provides valuable insights for promoting high-quality rural talent development.
