摘 要:本研究聚焦智慧体育背景下的高校体适能课教学模式,剖析了高校体适能课数字化技术融入的必要性,包括顺应教育科技融合趋势、满足学生多元学习诉求、提升教学精准度与科学性及拓展教学时空维度等。进而阐述数字化技术融入的策略,涵盖数据分析的学情诊断与分组、多元数字化资源协同融合、社交网络互动激励协作,以及智能优化教学反馈与决策支持等方面,旨在通过数字化技术提升高校体适能课的教学质量与学生体适能水平,推动高校体育教学的创新发展。This study focuses on the teaching mode of physical fitness courses in universities under the background of smart sports,and analyzes the necessity of integrating digital technology into physical fitness courses in universities,including conforming to the trend of educational technology integration,meeting students' diverse learning demands,improving teaching accuracy and scientificity,and expanding the spatial and temporal dimensions of teaching.Furthermore,this article elaborates on the strategies of integrating digital technology,including data analysis for student diagnosis and grouping,collaborative integration of diverse digital resources,social network interaction and incentive cooperation,as well as intelligent optimization of teaching feedback and decision support.The aim is to improve the teaching quality and student physical fitness level of physical fitness courses in universities through digital technology,and promote innovative development of physical education teaching in universities.
