摘  要:教与学作为教育活动的两大关键环节,需要我们不断探索其中的规律和方法。开一代平民教育之风的泰州学派,在丰富的讲学实践中积淀出宝贵的“教”“学”思想,主要包括教无定类、教无定法和教无定所的“教”思想,以及仁学为本、勤学为径、实学为用和乐学为体的“学”思想。在教育强国和实现中华优秀传统文化“两创”的战略背景下,这些思想资源理应得到更为全面和深层次的发掘,并为当前教育工作尤其是高校思想政治教育工作提供新的养料与来源。Teaching and learning,as the two key links of educational activities,require us to constantly explore the laws and methods within them.The Taizhou School,which initiated the trend of civilian education,has accumulated precious "teaching" and "learning" thoughts in its rich lecturing practices.The "teaching" thoughts mainly include that teaching has no fixed categories,no fixed methods,and no fixed locations.The "learning" thoughts include taking the study of benevolence as the foundation,diligent learning as the path,practical learning as the application,and happy learning as the essence.Under the strategic background of building a strong education country and realizing the "two innovations" of fine traditional Chinese culture,these ideological resources should be explored more comprehensively and deeply,and provide new nourishment and sources for current educational work,especially the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
