摘　　要：微生物实验教学中固体培养基的灭菌至关重要,为了解决实验教学中存在的问题,文章基于高压蒸汽灭菌器,对固体培养基灭菌过程中的排气方式、封口方式、灭菌时间进行了改良优化,总结对比归纳出了一套效率高、保存时间长、重复性好的灭菌方案。该灭菌方式不仅适用于本科生教学实验,还适用于医学等科研类实验室,并能够为提高实验室灭菌效率、改善本科实验教学效果和提升专业人才培养质量提供新思路。The sterilization of solid culture media is crucial in microbiological experimental teaching.In order to solve practical problems in experimental teaching,this article improves and optimizes the exhaust method,sealing method,and sterilization time during the sterilization process of solid culture media based on high-pressure steam sterilizers.A set of efficient,long-lasting,and repeatable sterilization schemes is summarized and compared,which enables this method to be widely used in undergraduate teaching.This sterilization method is not only suitable for undergraduate teaching experiments,but also for medical and other scientific research laboratories,and provides new ideas for improving laboratory sterilization efficiency,undergraduate experimental teaching effectiveness,and professional talent cultivation.
