督导专家及学员视角下课堂教学质量提升路径研究

摘  要:强军兴国,关键靠人才,基础在教育,课堂是教育教学的核心地带。目前课堂教学与高素质人才培养要求之间还存在一些矛盾。文章通过收集国防科技大学近几年的专家督导、学员评教、毕业生问卷调查等数据,从学员视角和督导专家视角对学校课堂教学质量情况展开多维度对比分析,梳理出问题,从教师队伍建设、课堂建设及学员学习效果等多方面给出相关对策思考。The key to building a strong military and a powerful country lies in talent,and the foundation lies in education.The classroom is the core area of education and teaching.There are still some contradictions between classroom teaching and the requirements for cultivating high-quality talents.This paper gathers data from expert supervision,student evaluation,and graduate questionnaire surveys at the National University of Defense Technology in recent years.It conducts a multidimensional comparative analysis of classroom teaching quality from both student and expert perspectives,and problems are identified.Relevant countermeasures are proposed from multiple aspects concerning faculty development,classroom design,and student learning outcomes.
