摘　　要：在当前资源有限且竞争激烈的教育背景下,如何促进民办高校优质资源的协同共享,提高其教育质量和资源配置效率,实现可持续发展,成为亟待解决的问题。文章从资源优化配置视角出发,通过分析当前民办高校资源共建共享发展现状,提出民办高校优质资源共建共享机制,并针对性地提出实现路径,以期为民办高校的资源优化配置和高质量发展提供理论支持和实践指导。In the current educational context where resources are limited and competition is fierce,how to promote the synergistic sharing of high-quality resources in private higher education institutions and improve their educational quality and resource allocation efficiency,thereby achieving sustainable development,has become an urgent problem to be solved.Starting from the perspective of optimizing resource allocation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current development status of resource sharing in private higher education institutions and proposes a mechanism for building a high-quality educational resource sharing network among private higher education institutions.It also puts forward specific implementation paths to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the optimization of resource allocation and high-quality development of private higher education institutions.
