思政教育引领下高校学生管理工作探究

摘　　要：大数据时代,高校学生管理工作面临新的机遇与挑战。思政教育作为高校育人工作的核心要素,对学生管理模式的创新发展具有重要的引领作用。文章基于高校育人目标与管理实践需求,探讨思政教育与学生管理的深度融合路径,构建“全过程、全方位、全员育人”的管理新模式,通过优化管理制度设计、创新教育方式方法、搭建信息化平台等多元举措,充分发挥思政教育在价值引领、行为规范、品德养成等方面的导向作用,以期实现学生管理工作由单一约束向价值引导的转变,推动高校人才培养质量的全面提升。Against the backdrop of the big data era,the management of college students faces new opportunities and challenges.As a core element in the education of college students,ideological and political education plays a crucial leading role in the innovative development of the student management model.Based on the educational goals of colleges and universities and the practical management needs,this paper explores the in-depth integration path of ideological and political education and student management,and constructs a new management model of "education throughout the whole process,in all aspects,and by all staff".Through multiple measures such as optimizing the management system design,innovating educational methods,and building an information-based platform,the guiding role of ideological and political education in value guidance,behavior regulation,and moral cultivation can be fully exerted.This realizes the transformation of student management work from single-constraint to value-guidance,and promotes the overall improvement of the talent cultivation quality in colleges and universities.
