摘　　要：随着全球化和信息化的发展,就业市场正经历着前所未有的变革,在这一背景下,高校就业创业指导的重要性日益凸显。然而,目前高校就业创业指导仍面临诸多挑战,如课程内容陈旧、师资力量不足、实践平台缺乏等,在一定程度上限制了学生就业创业能力和社会适应力的提升。文章就高校就业创业指导对大学生社会适应力提升的影响及优化策略展开探究,以期为高等教育的改革发展提供参考。With the development of globalization and informatization,the job market is undergoing unprecedented changes.In this context,the importance of employment and entrepreneurship guidance in universities is becoming increasingly prominent.However,current employment and entrepreneurship guidance in universities still faces many challenges,such as outdated course content,insufficient teaching staff,and a lack of practical platforms,which to some extent limit the improvement of students' employment and entrepreneurship abilities and social adaptability.The article explores the impact and optimization strategies of employment and entrepreneurship guidance in universities on enhancing the social adaptability of college students,in order to provide reference for the reform and development of higher education.
