孔源性视网膜脱离治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)是一种常见的眼科疾病,其发病机理包括视网膜裂孔的产生以及视网膜下液的积聚。孔源性视网膜脱离的治疗方式主要有巩膜外加压术(SB)、玻璃体切割术(PPV)、充气性视网膜固定术(PR)以及折叠式顶压球囊手术(FCB)等。本文对各种治疗措施的适用证、手术原理、发展历程以及治疗效果加以分析。本项研究对RRD的治疗进展进行综述意在给临床提供更具系统性的诊疗参照。Pore retinal detachment(RRD)is a common ophthalmic disease,whose pathogenesis includes the production of retinal tears and the accumulation of subretinal fluid.The main treatment methods for retinal detachment caused by retinal holes include scleral buckling(SB),vitrectomy(PPV),inflatable retinal fixation(PR),and foldable top pressure balloon surgery(FCB).This article analyzes the applicability,surgical principles,development history,and treatment effects of various treatment measures.This study provides a review of the treatment progress of RRD with the aim of providing more systematic diagnostic and therapeutic references for clinical practice.
