摘  要:目的探讨“互联网+”背景下混合式教学在蒙医妇产科学教学中的效果。方法随机选取我院内蒙古医科大学蒙医药学院四年级(2019级)蒙医本科生80名,为了确保研究结果的准确性,将研究对象随机分为两组,即对照组(传统的理论讲授为主的教学模式)与实验组(MOOC与雨课堂结合的教学模式)。整理与分析两组经过不同教学方式的学生的期末考试成绩、日常考核成绩、综合能力、受试者对教学模式的满意度的数据。结果实验组学生的期末考试成绩、日常考核成绩、教学后综合能力、受试者对教学模式的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论“互联网+”背景下在蒙医妇产科学教学中应用混合式教学模式效果显著,能够提高学生的综合能力,进而提高了学生对课程的满意度,为蒙医妇产科学教学改革提供理论依据。Objective to explore the effect of blended teaching in the teaching of Mongolian obstetrics and gynecology under the back⁃ground of"Internet+".Method 80 undergraduate students of Mongolian medicine in the fourth year(class of 2019)of the College of Mongo⁃lian Medicine of Inner Mongolia Medical University in our hospital were randomly selected,and in order to ensure the accuracy of the results of the study,the study subjects were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.,the control group(traditional teaching mode based on the⁃oretical lectures)and the experimental group(teaching mode combining MOOC and rain classroom).The data on the final examination scores,daily assessment scores,comprehensive ability,and subjects'satisfaction with the teaching mode of the students in the two groups who had gone through different teaching modes were collated and analyzed.Result the final examination results,daily assessment results,comprehensive ability after teaching,and subjects'satisfaction with the teaching mode of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion the application of blended teaching mode in the teaching of Mongolian Obstetrics and Gynecology under the background of"Internet+"has significant effects,which can improve the comprehensive ability of the students,and then It improves students'satisfaction with the course and provides theoretical basis for the teaching reform of Mongolian medicine obstetrics and gynecology.
