摘　　要：甲状腺癌是常见的内分泌肿瘤之一。多项研究已经证实细胞迁移诱导蛋白(cell migration inducing hyal-uroni-dasel,CEMIP)在多种肿瘤中异常高表达,可通过激活STAT3信号通路来促进癌细胞的恶性进展。但目前关于CEMIP通过STAT3通路影响甲状腺癌发展的报道很少。利用各种数据库资料,采用生物信息分析方法,探究CEMIP是否通过STAT3通路对甲状腺癌的发生、发展起作用。若验证成立,则收集甲状腺癌患者的组织标本,对标本中的CEMIP表达加以检测,临床验证CEMIP在甲状腺癌发生发展中的作用。Thyroid cancer is a relatively common endocrine malignant tumor.A number of studies have confirmed that cell migration inducing hyaluronidase 1(CEMIP)is abnormally overexpressed in various tumors and can promote the malignant progression of cancer cells by activating the STAT3 signaling pathway.However,there are few reports currently on how CEMIP affects the development of thyroid cancer through the STAT3 pathway.This study mainly uses data from various databases and adopts bioinformatics analysis methods to explore whether CEMIP plays a role in the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer through the STAT3 pathway.If the verification is established,tissue specimens of thyroid cancer patients will be collected,and the expression of CEMIP in the specimens will be detected to clinically verify the role of CEMIP in the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer.
