经导管射频消融术治疗儿童快速性心律失常的疗效与安全性研究

摘　　要：分析经导管射频消融术(radiofrequency catheter ablation,RFCA)治疗儿童快速性心律失常的疗效与安全性。选取2021年5月—2024年11月于临沂市妇幼保健院行RFCA治疗的22例快速性心律失常患儿为研究对象,所有患儿入院后均行心内电生理检查,然后实施RFCA治疗,统计手术即刻成功率与术后并发症发生率,持续随访,统计术后复发率。结果显示,22例患儿接受RFCA治疗后,手术即刻成功率高达95.45%,术后并发症发生率为4.55%,术后持续随访,复发率为9.09%。其中,AVRT的即刻成功率为91.77%,复发率为8.33%;AVNRT的即刻成功率为100%,复发率为0%;IVT即刻成功率为100%,复发率为33.33%。研究发现,针对儿童快速性心律失常患儿,根据心内电生理检查结果实施RFCA治疗,疗效确切,术后并发症较少,值得推广应用。To analyze the efficacy and safety of transcatheter radiofrequency ablation(RFCA)in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia in children.A total of 22 children with tachyarrhythmia who underwent RFCA treatment in Women&Children’s Health Care Hospital of Linyi from May 2021 to November 2024 were selected as the research objects.All children underwent intracardiac electrophysiological examination after admission,and then RFCA treatment was carried out.The immediate success rate of the operation and the incidence of postoperative complications were counted,and continuous follow-up was conducted to count the postoperative recurrence rate.The results showed that after 22 children received RFCA treatment,the immediate success rate of the operation was as high as 95.45%,the incidence of postoperative complications was 4.55%,and after continuous follow-up,the recurrence rate was 9.09%.Among them,the immediate success rate of AVRT was 91.77%,and the recurrence rate was 8.33%;the immediate success rate of AVNRT was 100%,and the recurrence rate was 0%;the immediate success rate of IVT was 100%,and the recurrence rate was 33.33%.The study found that for children with tachyarrhythmia,implementing RFCA treatment according to the results of intracardiac electrophysiological examination has a definite curative effect and fewer postoperative complications,which is worthy of popularization and application.
