典必殊与思然联合治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的效果研究

摘　　要：探讨典必殊与思然联合治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的效果。选择2023年10月—2024年9月安顺市人民医院收治的60例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各30例。对照组给予思然治疗,观察组给予典必殊眼膏联合思然治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,观察组角膜稳定性指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组OSDI评分以及DEQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,典必殊眼膏联合思然治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症效果显著,能够有效提升角膜稳定性,改善患者相关临床症状情况,具有临床推广应用价值。To explore the efficacy of TobraDex combined with Systane in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye.A total of 60 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye admitted to People’s Hospital of Anshun City from October 2023 to September 2024 were selected for the study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Systane,and the observation group was treated with TobraDex eye ointment combined with Systane.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the corneal stability indexes of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the OSDI score and DEQ score of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye with TobraDex eye ointment combined with Systane has a remarkable effect,which can effectively improve corneal stability and the relevant clinical symptoms of patients,and has clinical value for promotion and application.
