根除幽门螺杆菌治疗萎缩性胃炎的效果研究

摘　　要：分析根除幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)治疗萎缩性胃炎的效果。选取2023年4月—2024年3月医院收治的92例萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,其中有30例HP阴性(对照组),62例HP阳性,将HP阳性患者随机分为A、B两组,每组31例。B组与对照组采取常规治疗方法,A组在常规治疗前加入HP根治性治疗,比较三组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,A组患者的临床疗效优于B组及对照组(P<0.05);三组患者的不良反应发生情况比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,A组患者的症状评分低于B组及对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,A组患者的胃黏膜病变评分、胃黏膜慢性炎症评分、胃黏膜炎症活动评分均低于B组及对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,A组患者的CRP、IL-6水平均低于B组及对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,根除HP治疗有助于优化HP阳性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效,可改善患者的临床症状,减轻患者的胃黏膜病变程度与炎症反应,不良反应较少,可推广使用。To analyze the effect of eradicating Helicobacter pylori(HP)in the treatment of atrophic gastritis.92 patients with atrophic gastritis admitted to the hospital from April 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.Among them,30 patients were HP-negative(control group),and 62 patients were HP-positive.The HP-positive patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 31 patients in each group.Group B and the control group were treated with the conventional treatment method,and group A was given HP-radical treatment before the conventional treatment.The treatment effects of the three groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the clinical efficacy of group A was better than that of group B and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions among the three groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of group A was lower than that of group B and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric mucosal lesion score,gastric mucosal chronic inflammation score and gastric mucosal inflammation activity score of group A were all lower than those of group B and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in group A were both lower than those in group B and the control group(P<0.05).The study found that eradicating HP is helpful to optimize the clinical efficacy of patients with HP-positive atrophic gastritis,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the degree of gastric mucosal lesions and inflammatory response of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions,which can be widely used.
