摘 要:以围手术期心搏骤停情景为例,探讨情景模拟教学在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果,以期为麻醉专业培训提供更具实效的指导方法。选择2021年7月—2024年7月郑州大学附属第一医院麻醉科56名住培医生为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各28名。试验组采用情景模拟教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,对比两组住培医生心肺复苏、气管插管技能操作测试成绩。发放调查问卷,比较两组住培医生对不同教学方法的满意度。结果显示,试验组心肺复苏﹑气管插管操作等方面的测试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学方法满意度调查评价结果显示,试验组对教学方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,情景模拟教学在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果明显,值得推广。Taking the scenario of perioperative cardiac arrest as an example,this paper explores the application effect of situational simulation teaching in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents,aiming to provide more effective guiding methods for anesthesiology professional training.A total of 56 resident doctors in the Department of Anesthesiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2021 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 28 doctors in each group.The experimental group adopted the situational simulation teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The test scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and tracheal intubation skills of the resident doctors in the two groups were compared.Questionnaires were distributed to compare the satisfaction of the resident doctors in the two groups with different teaching methods.The results showed that the test scores of the experimental group in cardiopulmonary resuscitation,tracheal intubation operation and other aspects were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the satisfaction survey of the teaching methods showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group with the teaching method was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that the application effect of situational simulation teaching in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents is obvious and worthy of promotion.
