摘  要:探讨大型开放在线课程(massive open online courses,MOOC)联合案例教学法(case-based teaching,CBL)教学模式在医学教学中的应用价值。选取2024年1月—2024年10月在山东第一医科大学附属中心医院呼吸与危重症医学科实习的70名临床医学专业本科实习生作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组使用常规教学法,观察组使用MOOC联合CBL教学模式,对比两组学生的教学成绩、教学满意度、自主学习能力。结果显示,观察组理论知识、操作实践、病案分析等得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对激发学习兴趣、增强理论知识理解、提高临床思维能力、提升学习效率和自学能力、课堂氛围、教学模式等方面的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的自主学习能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,MOOC联合CBL教学模式在医学教学中的应用价值显著,能有效提高学生的教学成绩、自主学习能力以及教学满意度。This study explores the application value of the massive open online courses(MOOC)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching model in medical education.A total of 70 undergraduate clinical medicine interns who practiced in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Central Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from January 2024 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional teaching methods,while the observation group adopted the MOOC combined with CBL teaching model.The teaching performance,teaching satisfaction,and self-directed learning ability of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the scores of theoretical knowledge,operational practice,and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher teaching satisfaction in terms of stimulating learning interest,enhancing theoretical knowledge understanding,improving clinical thinking ability,promoting learning efficiency and self-learning ability,classroom atmosphere,and teaching model(P<0.05).The self-directed learning ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the MOOC combined with CBL teaching model has significant application value in medical education,which can effectively improve students’teaching performance,self-directed learning ability,and teaching satisfaction.
