摘 要:水利工程专业肩负着为国家经济社会发展提供水资源保障、防洪减灾、水生态保护等多重任务。然而,面对新时代水利现代化建设对创新型、复合型人才的迫切需求,传统的以教师为中心、重理论轻实践的人才培养模式已难以为继。“以学生为中心”的教育理念应运而生,强调尊重学生主体地位,关注学生的个性化发展,注重能力培养,为破解当前水利工程专业人才培养难题、提升人才培养质量提供了全新的视角。文章剖析了水利工程专业的教学现状,并提出优化课程结构、创新教学模式、强化实践教学、促进交叉融合的改革思路,以期为新时代水利工程专业教学改革实践提供参考。The water conservancy engineering major shoulders multiple tasks such as providing water resources guarantee,flood control and disaster reduction,and water ecological protection for the national economic and social development.However,in the face of the urgent demand for innovative and versatile talents in the modernization of water conservancy construction in the new era,the traditional talent training model centered on teachers and emphasizing theory over practice is no longer sustainable.The educational philosophy of"student-centered"has emerged,emphasizing respect for students'subject status,attention to their personalized development,and emphasis on ability cultivation,providing a new perspective for solving the current difficulties in talent cultivation in water conservancy engineering and improving the quality of talent cultivation.The article analyzes the current teaching situation of water conservancy engineering major and proposes reform ideas such as optimizing curriculum structure,innovating teaching mode,strengthening practical teaching,and promoting cross integration,in order to provide reference for the teaching reform practice of water conservancy engineering major in the new era.
