摘  要:思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,思政课教师肩负着“为党育人、为国育才”的重任。数字化时代,高中思政课教师要主动适应时代变化,不断提高自身的数字素养,这对于推动思政课的高质量发展、促进思政教师专业能力成长具有重要意义。然而,部分思政课教师仍面临思维定式、能力欠缺、环境限制和发展受阻等现实困境。为此,可从改变观念、钻研技能、升级环境和完善体系等方面入手,提升高中思政课教师的数字素养,以期推进思政课教学的数字化转型。Ideological and political education is a key course for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.Ideological and political education teachers shoulder the important responsibility of"cultivating talents for the Party and the country".In the digital age,high school ideological and political education teachers need to actively adapt to changes in the times and continuously improve their digital literacy,which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political education and promoting the professional growth of ideological and political education teachers.However,ideological and political education teachers still face practical difficulties such as fixed thinking patterns,lack of abilities,environmental limitations,and hindered development.To this end,efforts can be made to improve the digital literacy of high school ideological and political education teachers by changing their mindset,researching skills,upgrading the environment,and perfecting the system,in order to promote the digital transformation of ideological and political education teaching.
