摘 要:教学质量是高校的生命线。教学督导作为教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,在深化教学改革、强化专业建设、提高教学质量方面发挥着不可忽视的作用。当前,我国大部分地方本科高校已建立督导工作体系,督导工作也取得了一定成绩。然而,由于起步较晚,地方本科高校教学督导工作仍处于探索发展阶段,还存在一些亟待解决的现实问题。文章从建立地方本科高校教学督导体系的重要性出发,深入分析地方本科高校教学督导工作普遍存在的问题,并针对具体问题提出了一系列改进对策,对不断优化教学督导工作,提高地方本科高校的教学质量具有一定参考意义。Teaching quality is the lifeline of colleges and universities.As an important part of the teaching quality assurance system,teaching supervision plays an important role in deepening teaching reform,strengthening professional construction and improving teaching quality.Currently,most local colleges and universities in China have established a supervision system,and the supervision work has also made some achievements.However,due to the late start of teaching supervision of local colleges and universities,it is still in the stage of exploration and development,and there are still some pressing practical problems to be solved.Starting from the importance of establishing teaching supervision system in local colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the common problems existing in teaching supervision work of local colleges and universities,and puts forward a series of improvement countermeasures for specific problems,which has a certain reference significance for continuously optimizing teaching supervision and improving the teaching quality of local colleges and universities.
