摘  要:自我评估是提升幼儿园保育教育质量、促进教师专业成长的重要手段,是落实《幼儿园保育教育质量评估指南》、引领学前教育高质量发展的必由之路。当前,自我评估在具体实施中存在着激励机制不足、评估体系和反馈机制欠佳、评估方法固化等诸多挑战。幼儿园管理者和教师应当树立成长型思维模式,鼓励探究、包容多元,积极赋权、厚植内生,常态反思、持续改进。Self-assessment is an important means to enhance the quality of kindergarten care and education,and promote teachers'professional growth.It is the necessary path to implement the "Kindergarten Care and Education Quality Evaluation Guidelines"and lead the high-quality development of preschool education.Currently,self-assessment faces many challenges in specific implementation,including insufficient incentive mechanisms,inadequate evaluation systems and feedback mechanisms,and rigid assessment methods.Kindergarten managers and teachers should adopt a growth-oriented mindset,encourage exploration and inclusivity,actively empower and cultivate intrinsic motivation,engage in regular reflection,and strive for continuous improvement.
