摘  要:为探明γ射线辐照对蒲公英中15种多环芳烃降解率的影响,利用高效液相色谱法测定了不同辐照剂量、不同pH值、不同水分含量、不同初始浓度处理的蒲公英中15种多环芳烃的含量。结果表明,随着辐照剂量的增加,不同类型的多环芳烃降解率上升,苊在10 kGy辐照剂量时降解率为72.35%,总体来说分子质量大的多环芳烃降解率高于分子质量小的多环芳烃。随着水分含量的上升,多环芳烃的降解率增加,当水分含量达到40%时,降解率最高。多环芳烃的降解率随着pH值的变化表现出了不同变化趋势,总体来说多环芳烃在强酸或强碱的环境下降解率高于中性环境。当多环芳烃的初始浓度增加时,多环芳烃的降解率呈下降趋势,当初始浓度为25μg/kg时,降解率最低。综上所述,γ射线辐照结合提高水分含量、调节pH值可以有效促进蒲公英中多环芳烃降解。In order to study the effect ofγ-ray irradiation on the degradation rate of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAHs)in dandelion,the contents of 15 PAHs in dandelion treated with different irradiation doses,different pH values,different moisture contents,and different initial concentrations were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the degradation rate increased with the increase of irradiation dose,and the degradation rate of acenaphthylene was 72.35%at an irradiation dose of 10 kGy.In general,the degradation rate of PAHs with large molecular weights was greater than that of PAHs with small molecular weights.The degradation rate of PAHs increased with the rise of moisture content,and the highest degradation rate was observed when the moisture content reached 40%.The degradation rates of PAHs showed different trends with the change of pH value,and in general the degradation rate of PAHs was higher in the environment of strong acid or strong base than in the neutral environment.When the initial concentration of PAHs increased,the degradation rate of PAHs showed a decreasing trend,and the degradation rate of PAHs was the lowest when the initial concentration was 25μg/kg.In conclusion,γ-ray irradiation combined with increasing water content and adjusting pH can effectively degrade PAHs in dandelion.
