摘 要:东莨菪素也称为6-甲氧基-7-羟基香豆素,是许多可食用植物中常见的天然香豆素之一,在人类健康中起着重要作用。东莨菪素有多种潜在的药理学活性,但该化合物的生物合成过程、提取方法和作用机制尚未得到很好的研究。本文综述了东莨菪素的生物合成途径、来源和提取技术,以及东莨菪素在抗氧化、抗菌、抗癌、抗炎和神经保护等方面的作用,旨在为后续东莨菪素的进一步深入研究提供参考和帮助。Scopoletin,also known as 6-methoxy-7-hydroxycoumarin,is one of the common natural coumarins found in many edible plants and plays an important role in human health.Scopoletin has various potential pharmacological activities,but the biosynthesis process,extraction method,and mechanism of action of this compound have not been well researched.This article reviews the biosynthetic pathways,sources,and extraction techniques of Scopoletin,as well as its roles in antioxidant,antibacterial,anticancer,anti-inflammatory,and neuroprotective properties.Intended to provide reference and assistance for further in-depth research on Scopoletin in the future.
