阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗慢性精神分裂症对血脂指标、认知功能、不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在为慢性精神分裂症患者实施治疗时,阿立哌唑与氯氮平对其血脂指标、认知功能、不良反应的影响。方法回顾性选择2022年1月-2024年1月于天津市安宁医院接受慢性精神分裂症治疗的患者64例为研究对象,患者的分组依据是采用不同的干预方案,将患者分为各有32例的观察组和对照组,观察组采用阿立哌唑治疗,对照组采用氯氮平治疗,比较两组血脂指标水平、认知功能、焦虑程度、症状评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后甘油三酯水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而在总胆固醇、低密度与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的比较上,观察组患者与对照组患者并无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后认知功能更强,焦虑程度较低且症状改善更为明显,显著差别于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于观察组的不良反应发生率9.38%来说,对照组的34.38%明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在为精神分裂症患者实施治疗时,阿立哌唑的治疗效果更为理想,效果优于氯氮平,不仅降低了患者的甘油三酯水平,同时也改善了患者的认知功能、焦虑程度与症状评分,减少了不良反应的发生风险,具有应用价值。Objective To analyze the effects of aripiprazole and clozapine on serum lipids,cognitive function and adverse reactions in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods 64 patients who received treatment for chronic schizophrenia in Tianjin Anning Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different intervention plans,32 cases each group.The observation group was treated with aripiprazole,and the control group was treated with clozapine.The levels of blood lipids,cognitive function,anxiety,symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The triglyceride level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total cholesterol,low density and high density lipoprotein cholesterol between observation group and control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function of the observation group was stronger,the anxiety degree was lower and the symptom improvement was more obvious,which was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(34.38%)was significantly higher than that in the observation group(9.38%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole has a better therapeutic effect than clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.It not only reduces the level of triglyceride in patients,but also improves the cognitive function,anxiety level and symptom score of patients,and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions.It has application value.
