高校女大学生患宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌的调查结果分析及系统性健康教育的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析高校女大学生患宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌的调查结果及系统性健康教育的效果。方法使用随机数表法将2022年6月-2024年6月在读的高校女大学生1000例分为两组,每组各500例。对照组采取常规教育,观察组采取系统性健康教育,统计高校女大学生宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌患病率,比较两组疾病认知水平、预防行为知晓率、预防行为依从性。结果1000例女大学生检出宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌的占比分别为4.60%(46/1000)、0.60%(6/1000);两组干预后疾病认知评分均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05);观察组预防行为依从性比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论高校女大学生患宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌率较高,经系统性健康教育后可提高疾病认知水平、预防行为知晓率及预防行为依从性。Objective To analyze the survey results of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer among female college students and the effectiveness of systematic health education.Methods Using a random number table,1000 female college students enrolled from June 2022 to June 2024 were divided into two groups,with 500 cases in each group.The control group received routine education,while the observation group received systematic health education.The incidence of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer among female college students was recorded,and the disease awareness,prevention behavior awareness,and prevention behavior compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of pre cancerous lesions and cervical cancer detected in 1000 female college students was 4.60%(46/1000)and 0.60%(6/1000),respectively;after intervention,both groups showed an increase in disease cognitive scores,with the observation group having a higher score(P<0.05);the compliance with preventive behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Female college students have a higher incidence of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.Systematic health education can improve disease awareness,awareness of preventive behaviors,and compliance with preventive behaviors.
