摘　　要：实验课是大学开展课程思政最理想的平台之一。“基础化学实验(三)”大力加强教师队伍思政能力建设,建设了一支师德师风良好、关爱学生、热爱教育事业的实验教师队伍。团队“以学生为中心”,从教学内容和教学过程中深入挖掘思政元素16项,采用浸润式方式将思政元素潜移默化地融入课堂,将课程思政工作贯穿于实验教学全过程,在培养医药及相关专业学生中实现全过程育人、全方位育人和全员育人,真正做到上好实验课的同时,为党育人、为国育才,全面提高了我校医药人才培养的质量。Experimental courses are one of the most ideal platforms for universities to carry out ideological and political education in curricula.The“Basic Chemistry Experiment(Ⅲ)”program has vigorously strengthened the ideological and political capacity building of the teaching staff,and built a team of experimental teachers with good teacher ethics and conduct,caring for students,and love for the education cause.The team is student-centered,deeply exploring 16 ideological and political elements from teaching content and process,using an immersive approach to subtly integrate ideological and political elements into the classroom,and integrating curriculum ideological and political work throughout the entire experimental teaching process.In cultivating students in the fields of medicine and related majors,the team achieves full process education,all-round education,and all-round education,truly achieving good experimental courses while cultivating talents for the Party and the country,and comprehensively improving the quality of medical talent cultivation in our school.
