摘 要:目的探讨缺陷式情景模拟教学在肝胆外科实习护士带教培训中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法选取2021年10月-2023年10月在山东省立第三医院肝胆外科进行实习的80名护士为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例。对照组采用传统护理教学,实验组采用缺陷式情景模拟教学。比较两组实习护士的理论和技能考试成绩、自主学习能力、学习兴趣及教学满意度。结果出科时,实验组护士理论和技能考试成绩、学习兴趣提升率、各项自主学习能力和教学满意度得分均高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝胆外科实习护士带教培训中应用缺陷式情景模拟教学可加深护士对理论和技能的掌握程度,提升其学习兴趣和自主学习能力,获得较高的教学满意度,从而改善临床护理带教效果。Objective To explore the application effect of defect based scenario simulation teaching in the teaching and training of intern nurses in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 80 nurses who interned in the Hepatobiliary Surgery Department of Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received traditional nursing teaching,while the experimental group received defect based scenario simulation teaching.Compare the theoretical and skill exam scores,self-learning ability,learning interest,and teaching satisfaction of two groups of intern nurses.Results After graduation,the experimental group of nurses had higher scores in theoretical and skill exams,learning interest improvement rate,various self-learning abilities,and teaching satisfaction than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of defect based scenario simulation teaching in the teaching and training of intern nurses in hepatobiliary surgery can deepen nurses’mastery of theory and skills,enhance their learning interest and self-learning ability,and achieve higher teaching satisfaction,thereby improving the effectiveness of clinical nursing teaching.
