摘　　要：老年人口颌面疼痛与口腔、全身疾病都具有密切的联系,该人群多病共存、多药并用的特殊情况大大增加了口颌面疼痛诊断的难度。本文简要归纳了老年人口颌面疼痛的病因及诊断要点,以及如何通过病史询问及全身情况评估、临床检查和临床特点进行诊断。快速、准确地诊断老年人口颌面疼痛症状下隐藏的病因对于老年人身心健康具有重要意义,减少威胁老年人全身健康的危险因素,可以为后续采取有效的治疗措施打好基础。Maxillofacial pain in the elderly population is closely related to oral and systemic diseases,and the special situation of multi-disease co-existence and multi-drug use greatly increases the difficulty of pain diagnosis.This article briefly summarizes the etiology of maxillofacial pain in the elderly population,and how to diagnose it through history inquiry and clinical examination.Quickly and accurately diagnosing the underlying causes of maxillofacial pain in the elderly population is of great significance for their physical and mental health.Reducing the risk factors that threaten their overall health can lay a foundation for effective treatment measures in the future.
