摘　　要：随着我国逐渐步入老龄化社会,老年人口腔健康问题日益凸显,关注老年人口腔健康已成为维护其整体健康和提升生活质量的关键环节。近年来,口腔功能衰弱这一概念被提出并逐渐受到关注。它涵盖了与衰老相关的口腔状况变化及进程,如:牙齿数量减少、口腔卫生问题以及口腔功能减退等。这些变化往往伴随着老年人对口腔健康维护意识的减弱和身心储备能力的下降,以及由此引发的进食障碍等,进而对全身健康产生不良影响。本文对口腔功能衰弱的临床表现、诊断方法以及干预措施进行综述,以期为提升老年人口腔健康水平提供有益参考。With society gradually entering the aging stage,attention to the oral health of the elderly has become a crucial task for maintaining their overall health and improving their quality of life.Recently,the concept of oral frailty has been proposed,which refers to a series of aging-related phenomena or processes that leads to changes in oral conditions,such as decreased number of teeth,oral hygiene issues,and declining oral functions.Oral frailty is accompanied by weakened awareness of oral health maintenance and decline in physical and mental reserves in the elderly,leading to eating disorders and ultimately affecting their general health.This article reviewed the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and intervention of oral frailty,with the aim of providing useful references for improving the oral health level of the elderly.
