摘 要:为保障车内空气质量,打造超越用户期待的产品,在整车气味管控过程,不仅可以从汽车生产制造过程内饰零部件的选材和制造工艺进行控制,还可以选择并应用高效净化滤芯,以减少车内挥发物,从而净化空气质量。本文从净化滤芯的选择、净化方案的设计与净化效率的对比验证进行分析,综合挥发性有机化合物检测数据分析,表明选择高效率的空调滤芯对于车内空气质量改善有明显的效果。To ensure the air quality inside the car and create products that exceed user expectations, in the process of vehicle odor control, not only can the selection and manufacturing process of interior components be controlled, but also efficient purification filters can be selected and applied to reduce volatile substances in the car and purify the air quality. This article discusses the selection of purification filters, design of purification schemes, comparative verification of purification efficiency, and comprehensive analysis of VOC detection data. It shows that selecting high-efficiency air conditioning filters has a significant effect on improving the air quality inside the car.
