摘 要:随着新能源汽车的快速普及,高压系统作为其核心技术之一,发挥了重要作用。然而,由于系统复杂性和运行环境的多样性,故障诊断与安全维修面临巨大挑战。本文系统探讨了新能源汽车高压系统的组成及常见故障类型,从诊断方法、安全维修到预防性维护与保养策略,提出了科学、高效的解决方案。通过完善的诊断技术与规范的维修流程,可以提升高压系统的运行稳定性和车辆的整体安全性,为新能源汽车的持续发展提供技术支持。With the rapid popularization of new energy vehicles, high pressure system, as one of its core technologies, has played an important role. However, due to the complexity of the system and the diversity of operating environments, fault diagnosis and safety maintenance face great challenges. This paper systematically discusses the composition and common fault types of high pressure system of new energy vehicles, from diagnosis methods, safety maintenance to preventive maintenance and maintenance strategies, and puts forward scientific and efficient solutions. Through the perfect diagnostic technology and standardized maintenance process, the operation stability of the high-pressure system and the overall safety of the vehicle can be improved, and the technical support for the sustainable development of new energy vehicles can be provided.
