摘 要:近年来,纳米材料技术和生物医学的融合推动了肿瘤治疗新平台的发展。其中,超声介导的治疗方法有声动力疗法(SDT)、超声机械疗法(SMT)、声压电疗法(SPT)和声热疗法(STT)。本文通过阐述这四种疗法的概念和声敏纳米复合材料的结构设计、治疗原理和改性策略,旨在展示声敏纳米复合材料在肿瘤超声治疗领域的最新研究进展。In recent years,the integration of nanomaterials technology and biomedicine has spurred the development of new platforms for cancer treatment.Among these advancements,ultrasound-mediated therapies such as sonodynamic therapy(SDT),ultrasound mechanical therapy(SMT),sonopiezoelectric therapy(SPT),and sonothermal therapy(STT) have garnered significant attention.This paper elucidates the concepts of these four therapies and delves into the structural design,therapeutic mechanisms,and modification strategies of sono-sensitive nanocomposites.By doing so,it aims to highlight the latest research progress in the application of sono-sensitive nanocomposites for ultrasound-based cancer treatments.Specifically,this review underscores how these innovative materials enhance therapeutic efficacy while minimizing side effects,offering promising avenues for advancing cancer therapy.
