市域产教联合体的运行机制与建设路径:基于复杂适应系统理论视角

摘　　要：市域产教联合体涉及政府、行业企业、院校及科研机构等多元行动主体,是在深化产教融合过程中具有复杂内在系统属性的实体化运行载体,明晰其运行机制是推进市域产教联合体建设的关键。基于复杂适应系统理论,分析了市域产教联合体运行过程中的信息共享机制、自适应学习机制、协同发展机制。为提高市域产教联合体建设绩效,需营造良好的产教共生环境、优化资源要素的配置与流动、增强市域产教联合体适应能力及建立科学的评价与反馈体系。The municipal industry-education consortium encompasses multiple actors such as the government,industry enterprises,institutions of higher learning,and research institutions.It is an operational entity with complex intrinsic system attributes in the process of deepening industry-education integration.Clarifying its operational mechanism is crucial for advancing the construction of the municipal industry-education consortium.Based on the theory of complex adaptive systems,the information sharing mechanism,self-adaptive learning mechanism,and collaborative development mechanism in the operation process of the municipal industry-education consortium are analyzed.In order to enhance the construction performance of the municipal industry-education consortium,it is necessary to create a favorable symbiotic environment for industry and education,optimize the allocation and flow of resource elements,enhance the adaptability of the municipal industry-education consortium,and establish a scientific evaluation and feedback system.
