护生自我效能在电子健康素养与痛经自我护理能力之间的中介效应

摘  要:目的探索护生自我效能在电子健康素养与痛经自我护理能力之间的中介效应。方法于2023年1—4月采用一般资料调查表、电子健康素养量表、健康行为能力量表和青春期痛经自我护理量表对陕西省6所高校的护生进行调查。结果本次研究共发放问卷数1398份,最终回收有效问卷1305份,有效率为93.35%。其中,842名护生存在痛经问题,其电子健康素养条目均分为(3.90±0.78)分;自我效能条目均分为(2.16±0.75)分;痛经自我护理能力条目均分为(3.71±0.99)分,其中平均得分最高的维度为资源利用(3.91±1.03)分,得分最低的维度为自我控制(3.45±1.14)分。痛经自我护理能力与电子健康素养、自我效能之间均呈正相关(r=0.327,P<0.001;r=0.520,P<0.001)。自我效能在电子健康素养与痛经自我护理能力之间发挥部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的50.1%。结论教育者可通过提高护生电子健康素养,提升其自我效能,以增强痛经自我护理能力,从而缓解痛经带给个体的不适体验、提高护生健康水平。Objective To explore the mediating effect of nursing students'self-efficacy on e-health literacy and self-care ability for dysmenorrhea.Methods From January to April 2023,the nursing students from six colleges in Shaanxi province were investigated by general data questionnaire,e-health literacy scale,self-rated abilities for health practices scale,and adolescent dysmenorrhea self-care scale.Results A total of 1,398 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and a total of 1,305 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 93.35%.Among them,842 nursing students experienced dysmenorrhea,with an average score of(3.90±0.78)points in the electronic health literacy item,and(2.16±0.75)points in the self-efficacy item.The average score of dysmenorrhea self-care ability was(3.71±0.99)points,with the highest average score was(3.91±1.03)points for resource utilization,and the lowest average score was(3.45±1.14)points for self-control.The self-care agency of dysmenorrhea was positively correlated with e-health literacy and self-efficacy(r=0.327,P<0.001;r=0.520,P<0.001).Self-efficacy played a partial mediating role between e-health literacy and self-care agency for dysmenorrhea,and the indirect effect accounted for 50.1%of the total effect.Conclusion By improving the e-health literacy of nursing students and enhancing their self-efficacy,educators can promote the enhancement of self-care agency of dysmenorrhea,thereby alleviating the discomfort experienced by individuals and improve women's overall health.
