摘  要:生物基润滑剂作为传统石油基润滑剂的替代品,在多种应用中日益凸显其重要性.本文以菜籽油为原料,甲苯为溶剂,Novo435酶为催化剂,双氧水和油酸为氧化剂,对菜籽油进行环氧化反应,从而制取环氧化菜籽油,即菜籽油润滑油.采用改进的CEC L-33-T-93方法对不同环氧化程度菜籽油及与润滑油基础油复配后的油样进行可生物降解性测定.在活性污泥的作用下,随菜籽油环氧化程度的提高,并未明显改变菜籽油的可生物降解性.但在润滑油基础油中添加环氧化菜籽油,可显著地改善润滑油基础油的可生物降解性,当环氧化8 h菜籽油质量分数为20%时,其生物降解率可提高1.13~1.41倍.As a substitute for traditional petroleum-based lubricants,bio-based lubricants are increasingly gaining importance in various applications.In this paper,rapeseed oil is used as the raw material,toluene as the solvent,Novo435 enzyme as the catalyst,hydrogen peroxide and oleic acid as the oxidants,to carry out epoxidation reaction on rapeseed oil,thus preparing epoxidized rapeseed oil,namely rapeseed oil lubricant.The biodegradability of rapeseed oil with different degrees of epoxidation and oil samples compounded with lubricant base oil was determined using the improved CEC L-33-T-93 method.Under the action of activated sludge,the biodegradability of rapeseed oil did not significantly change with the increase of epoxidation degree of rapeseed oil.However,adding epoxidized rapeseed oil to lubricant base oil can significantly improve the biodegradability of lubricant base oil.When the mass fraction epoxidized rapeseed oil is 20%after 8 hours of epoxidation,its biodegradation rate can be increased by 1.13 to 1.41 times.
