摘 要:预应力混凝土管桩在基坑支护中应用时,其受力在已知工况下基本明确,受弯破坏时的最大内力及其所在点位在特定的土质区域和应用条件下有明确的区间。在明确桩身受力情况的条件下,通过计算确定在桩身某一特定区域内配置非预应力钢筋,达到通长配置非预应力钢筋的作用,这一新桩型即为区段配筋预应力高强混凝土管桩(PR-PHC管桩)。对PR-PHC管桩进行足尺抗弯试验,结果表明:通过区段配置非预应力钢筋的方法,可以提高PHC管桩的抗裂性能和极限抗弯承载力;PR-PHC管桩的裂缝分布密度大于PHC管桩,小于PRC管桩;PR-PHC管桩裂缝高度最大的位置出现在加筋分界线处。试验证明对桩身某一特定范围进行区段配置非预应力钢筋的新型管桩可以代替通长配置非预应力钢筋管桩,满足在基坑支护中的应用需求。When the prestressed concrete pipe pile is used in the foundation pit support,its force is basically clear under the known working conditions,and the maximum force and its location of bending failure have clear intervals in specific soil areas and application conditions.Under the condition that the loading condition of the pile body is clear,it is determined by calculation that the non⁃prestressed steel bar is configured in a certain range of the pile body to achieve the role of allocating non⁃prestressed steel bar through the whole length.The new pile type is partial reinforcement prestressed concrete pipe pile(PR⁃PHC pipe pile).The full scale flexural test of PR⁃PHC pipe pile was carried out.The results show that the crack resistance and ultimate flexural bearing capacity of PHC pipe pile can be improved by configuring non⁃prestressed partial reinforcement in sections.The crack distribution density of PR⁃PHC pipe pile is greater than that of PHC pipe pile and smaller than that of PRC pipe pile.The crack highest location of PR⁃PHC pipe pile is on the reinforcement boundary.It proves that the new type of pipe pile with non⁃prestressed reinforcement in a certain range of the pile body can replace the non⁃prestressed reinforcement pipe pile with the whole length,and meets the application requirements in the foundation pit support.
