摘  要:加强和改进耕读教育是农业职业院校落实立德树人根本任务,对于培育服务乡村振兴的新型农业人才具有积极意义。通过对耕读教育内涵意蕴的解读,结合当前农业职业院校开展耕读教育存在的现实问题,文章从构建耕读课程育人体系、加强耕读教育师资力量、拓展耕读教育实践场景、厚植耕读校园文化以及健全耕读教育管理制度五个维度提出了耕读教育实践路径。Strengthening and improving agricultural education is the fundamental task of implementing moral education in agricultural vocational colleges,and has positive significance for cultivating new agricultural talents who serve rural revitalization.Through the interpretation of the connotation and implications of agricultural education,combined with the current practical problems in agricultural vocational colleges carrying out agricultural education,this paper proposes a practical path for agricultural education from five dimensions:constructing an educational system for agricultural education courses,strengthening the teaching staff of agricultural education,innovating agricultural education practical training,cultivating agricultural education campus culture,and improving the management system of agricultural education.
