摘　　要：目的探讨CT虚拟仿真技术在医学影像技术专业教学资源建设中的创新应用及对影像专业临床教学的意义。方法通过CT虚拟仿真平台的建设与应用对照襄阳职业技术学院医学影像技术专业21级(对照组,传统实训法)和22级(实验组,虚拟仿真实训法)学生的期末考试成绩,设计调查问卷,调查CT虚拟仿真技术的应用效果,探讨CT虚拟仿真技术在教学资料、教学环境、教学评价及实训教学模式的创新应用。结果使用虚拟仿真实训的学生成绩远高于传统实训的学生。CT虚拟仿真技术的应用丰富了教学资料,改变了教学环境,增加了教学评价方式,改革了实训教学模式,提高了学生的学习积极性和实践操作能力。结论CT虚拟仿真技术提升了CT检查技术课程的教学效果,能够解决传统CT实训课程教学的痛点,可推广并应用到其他医学影像专业学科的教学。Objective To explore the innovative application of CT virtual simulation technology in the construction of teaching resources for medical imaging technology majors and its significance for clinical teaching in imaging majors.Methods Through the construction and application of the CT virtual simulation platform,the final exam results of the students majoring in medical imaging technology level 21(control group,traditional practical training method)and level 22(experimental group,virtual imitation real training method)are compared,and a questionnaire is designed to investigate the application effect of students in CT virtual simulation technology.Discuss the innovative application of CT virtual simulation technology in teaching materials,teaching environment,teaching evaluation and practical teaching mode.Results The scores of students who use virtual imitation real training are much higher than those of students in traditional practical training.The application of CT virtual simulation technology has enriched the teaching materials,changed the teaching environment,increased the teaching evaluation method,reformed the practical training teaching mode,and improved students’enthusiasm for learning and practical operation ability.Conclusion CT virtual simulation technology has improved the teaching effect of the"CT Examination Technology"course,which is of great significance in the construction of medical imaging technology professional teaching resources.It can solve the pain points of the teaching of traditional CT practical training courses,and can be promoted and applied to the teaching of other medical imaging professional disciplines.
