摘　　要：在中国加快发展新质生产力、创新推进现代化产业体系建设的关键节点,通过中国特色传播理论的创新与实践论证,引发了传播理念、传播技术、传播模式、传播产业和传播管理等系列连锁反应。由新质生产力赋能催生新时期的新质传播力,以最契合受众人群的传播内容、最优化的传播渠道组合、最快传播效率、最佳传播方式实现最大覆盖范围和最优传播效能,是具有中国时代内涵和价值意蕴的新传播质态,是新时期中国文化国际传播建设与发展、抢占世界传播高地的科学有效新晋动源。At the epochal node of China’s accelerated development of new-quality productive forces and innovative promotion of the construction of modernized industrial system,the theoretical innovation and practical argumentation of communication with Chinese characteristics have triggered a series of chain reactions of communication concepts,communication technologies,communication modes,communication industries and communication management.The new communication power in the new era,empowered by the new productivity,realizes the maximum coverage and optimal communication effectiveness with the most suitable communication content for the audience,the most optimal combination of communication channels,the fastest communication efficiency,and the best communication method,which is the new communication quality with Chinese connotation and value,and the new source of scientific and effective motivation for the construction and development of China’s cultural and international communication in the new era,and for occupying the world’s communication high ground.It is a new source of scientific and effective motivation for the construction and development of China’s cultural and international communication in the new era and for seizing the world’s communication high ground.
