摘　　要：数智化背景下,根据我国医学人才培养的实际情况,本文在分析国家政策、社会发展、教育本质、实际需求的基础上,聚焦医工结合、交叉学科研究与医学创新人才培养的深度融合等问题,探索数智化背景下医学创新人才培养理念、路径及思路,旨在为医学创新人才的培养奠定坚实的基础。Under the background of digital intellectualization,based on the reality of medical talent development in China and the analysis of national policies,social development,the nature of education,and actual needs,this paper focuses on the combination of medical and industrial,Cross-disciplinary research and the deep integration of medical innovation talent development,have been explored issues such as the concept of higher medical innovation talent development in the context of numericalization,the path of capacity literacy training for medical innovation talent,and the training ideas,aiming to lay a solid foundation for the training of medical innovation Talent.
