基于IPA分析法的百色市浩坤湖景区旅游服务质量提升策略研究

摘　　要：高质量的旅游服务是景区可持续发展的关键,对提升景区核心竞争力、游客满意度具有重要作用。以浩坤湖景区为研究对象,运用IPA法,从旅游六要素出发构建浩坤湖景区旅游服务质量评价体系,内容涵盖8个一级评价指标,33个二级评价指标,对浩坤湖景区旅游服务质量进行分析。结果表明:游客对浩坤湖景区旅游服务整体满意度较低,其中9个评价指标位于第一象限优势区,5个评价指标位于第二象限保持区,8个评价指标位于第三象限机会区,11个评价指标位于第四象限重点改善区。为进一步提高景区服务质量,增强游客满意度,提出了巩固优势区,打造景区核心竞争力;关注保持区,稳固景区游客满意度;抓住机会区,增强景区旅游吸引力;重视改善区,提升景区游客满意等建议。High-quality tourism services are the key to the sustainable development of scenic spots,which plays an important role in improving the core competitiveness of scenic spots and tourist satisfaction.The paper takes Haokun Lake Scenic Area as the research object and uses IPA analysis to build a tourism service quality evaluation system for Haokun Lake Scenic Area from the six elements of tourism.The content covers 8 first-level evaluation indicators and 33 second-level evaluation indicators,and analyzes the tourism service quality of Haokun Lake Scenic Area.The results show that the overall satisfaction of tourists with the tourism services of Haokun Lake Scenic Area is relatively low.Among them,9 evaluation indicators are located in the first quadrant advantage area;5 evaluation indicators are located in the second quadrant maintenance area;8 evaluation indicators are located in the third quadrant opportunity area,and 11 evaluation indicators are located in the fourth quadrant key improvement area.In order to further improve the service quality of the scenic spot and enhance the satisfaction of tourists,it is proposed to consolidate the advantageous areas and build the core competitiveness of the scenic spot;pay attention to the maintenance area to stabilize the satisfaction of tourists in the scenic spot;seize the opportunity area to enhance the tourist attraction of the scenic spot;pay attention to the improvement area and improve the satisfaction of tourists in the scenic spot.
