摘 要:为厘清超大盾构整机在超深埋条件下的应力形变特征,建立精细化有限元整机模型,综合考虑了地层水土压力、仓体压力、油缸推力等关键荷载,并设置仅受压弹簧以表征结构与地层之间的相互作用关系。通过设计3种盾构作业工况,经计算分析,得出以下结论:盾尾作为整机结构刚度最薄弱部位,表现为“横鸭蛋”式形变特征,靠近环形梁后,其形变程度逐步减小;作为整机结构承载的主体,前盾和中盾结构刚度较大,应力集中现象明显,应着重考虑结构加强;盾尾与中盾交界处应力较大,同样需作结构加强处理。To clarify the stress and deformation characteristics of the super-large shield machine under ultra-deep burial conditions,a refined finite element model of the whole machine is established,considering key loads such as the water and soil pressure of the stratum,cabin pressure,and cylinder thrust.A compression spring is used to represent the interaction between the structure and the stratum.Through the calculation and analysis of three designed shield operation conditions,the following conclusions are drawn:the shield tail,being the weakest part of the whole machine structure in terms of stiffness,exhibits"horizontal duck egg"deformation characteristics.Its deformation degree gradually decreases near the ring beam.As the main structural components of the machine,the front shield and middle shield have larger structural stiffness,and stress concentration is obvious,requiring structural strengthening.The stress at the junction of the shield tail and middle shield is high,necessitating structural reinforcement.
