摘  要:某建筑采用剪力墙结构体系,为体型规则的高层建筑,因施工偏差,导致桩整体偏离原设计位置。针对此情况,调整基础形式,采用桩筏基础,减小上部结构荷载中心与基础合力点之间的偏心距离,并采用YJK软件对桩基承载力、筏板冲切、位移等指标进行计算。计算结果表明,各项指标均满足规范要求,为此制定可靠的施工措施,保障纠偏加固设计的效果,为同类工程提供参考。Shear wall structure system was adopted in a high-rise building,which body shape is regular.Due to the construction deviation,the entire pile deviated from the original design position.In response to this situation,the foundation form was adjusted and pile raft foundation was adopted to reduce the eccentricity distance between the load center of the upper structure and the resultant force point of the foundation,the bearing capacity of the pile foundation,raft punching,displacement and other indicators were calculated by YJK software.The calculation results indicate that all indicators meet the requirements of the specifications,at the same time,reliable construction measures were formulated to ensure the effectiveness of the correction and reinforcement design,this method can be used as a reference for related engineering projects.
