高校基建工程合同管理应用研究

摘　　要：高校基建项目的管理水平,直接作用于学校基建项目的工程质量、工期、投资。对基建项目而言,合同管理工作几乎贯穿始终,影响着能否达到学校的预期功能目标。为此采用调查法、个案研究法等方法,围绕高校基建项目合同管理,从工程合同签订、履约到后评价三个方面,总结并分析现阶段高校基建项目合同管理工作存在的问题,有针对性地提出改进措施。通过工程实例验证,取得较为理想的结果,可为高校基建同行提供借鉴。The management level of university capitalconstruction projects directly affects the project quality,construction period and investment of university capital construction projects,affect the ability to achieve the school s expected functional goals.Therefore,with the methods of investigation and case study,around the contract management of university infrastructure projects,this paper sums up and analyzes the problems existing in the contract management of capital construction project in colleges and universities at present from three aspects of the signing of project contract,the performance of Project Contract and the post-evaluation,and then puts forward some improving measures,which are verified by a project example,the ideal results are obtained,which can be used for reference for the counterparts of university capital construction.
