供应商网络治理与制造企业创新绩效的关系研究——基于环境不确定性影响

摘　　要：随着环境不确定性对制造企业的影响,供应商网络治理成为提高企业创新绩效的关键。文章研究了在环境不确定性影响下的供应商网络治理机制、供应商网络结构特征和创新绩效之间的关系,并进行实证研究,验证了前期假设。研究发现:①供应商网络治理显著影响供应商网络结构特征;②供应商网络结构特征正向调节制造企业创新绩效;③环境不确定性通过网络位置、关系强度以及关系质量对创新绩效产生影响。最后结合研究成果有针对性地提出提升企业创新绩效的建议,以期为制造企业有效开展供应商网络治理提供有力借鉴。With the effects of environmental uncertainty on manufacturing enterprises,supplier network governance becomes a vital strategy for improving its innovation performance.The study analyzes the relationship between supplier network governance,the characteristics of supplier network structure and innovation performance in the impact of environmental uncertainty,and conducts empirical research to validate the preliminary hypotheses.Some conclusions can be drawn:first,supplier network governance has a significant positive impact on the characteristics of supplier network structure;second,the characteristics of supplier network structure have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises;last but not least,environmental uncertainty positively regulates the influence of the characteristics of network structure on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.Finally,the study raises some suggestions on improving the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises to provide reference for effective supplier network governance.
