摘　　要：首先,介绍了生产项目质量管理的主要目的、关键活动过程,以及如何对生产项目进行质量管理;其次,分别对生产项目关键质量管理活动做了详细描述,包括生产项目质量保证策划、生产过程质量监督、生产外包产品检验、生产过程巡检和生产库存产品超期复查等活动;同时,从每个生产项目质量管理活动的细分活动名称、细分活动核心内容、细分活动工作产品展开详细讲解。实践证明,这种精细化的生产项目质量管理,可大大提高质量师的生产项目质量管理水平,对同类生产项目质量管理有重要的借鉴意义。Firstly,the main purpose and key activities of quality management of production projects and how to manage the quality of production projects are introduced.Then,the key quality management activities of the produc-tion project are described in detail,including the quality assurance planning of the production project,the quality supervision of the production process,the inspection of production outsourcing products,the inspection of the pro-duction process,and the overdue review of production inventory products.At the same time,the name of the subdi-vision activity,the core content of the subdivision activity,and the work product of the subdivision activity of each production project quality management activity are explained in detail.Practice has proved that this kind of refined production project quality management can greatly improve the quality management level of production projects of quality engineers,and has important reference significance for the quality management of similar production proj-ects.
