摘 要:随着显示技术的飞速发展,氧化物液晶显示器凭借其高分辨率、低功耗和快速响应能力,正引领着高端笔记本、显示器和电视市场的新潮流。然而,这些技术革新背后所依赖的特殊材料与复杂制造工艺,对产品的品质管理提出了前所未有的高标准。为应对这一挑战,对全面品质管理体系在氧化物液晶显示器中的应用进行了研究,并创新性地构建了技术驱动型品质管理体系。该体系围绕氧化物技术开发、窄边框产品开发和高端产品开发3个关键阶段,针对水汽不良、十字线不良等典型问题,从设计优化、工艺优化、过程监控和产品评价4个维度入手,总结并提炼出一系列高效实用的管理经验,旨在为氧化物液晶显示器提供科学系统的品质管理解决方案。With the rapid development of display technology,oxide liquid crystal display is leading the new trend of high-end notebook,monitor and TV market with its high resolution,low power consumption and fast response abil-ity.However,the special materials and complex manufacturing processes behind these technological innovations have set unprecedented standards for product quality management.In order to deal with this challenge,the applica-tion of total quality management system in oxide liquid crystal display is studied,and a technology-driven quality management system is constructed innovatively.The system focuses on the three key stages of oxide technology development,narrow border product development and high-end product development.Aiming at typical problems such as poor water vapor and poor cross lines,a series of efficient and practical management experience are sum-marized and distilled from four dimensions of design optimization,process optimization,process monitoring and product evaluation so as to provide scientific and systematic quality management solutions for oxide liquid crystal dis-plays.
