摘　　要：在知识经济时代,科技成果转化是推动科技进步与经济社会发展的关键。然而,当前科技成果转化中的专利质量却呈现出诸多的问题,这些问题不容忽视。探讨了面向科技成果转化的专利质量和价值提升路径,分析了当前科技成果转化中专利质量及价值评估的现状,随后提出了针对性的提升策略。通过加强科研团队的知识产权意识、优化专利申请流程、加强专利的市场化导向和构建专利价值评估体系,可以提高科技成果转化的专利质量和价值,促进科技与经济的深度融合。In the era of knowledge economy,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the key to promoting scientific and technological progress and economic and social development.However,there are many problems with the quality of patents in the current transformation of scientific and technological achievements,which cannot be ignored.The path of improving patent quality and value for the transformation of scientific and tech-nological achievements is explored,the current situation of patent quality and value evaluation in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are analyzed,and then targeted improvement strategies are proposed.By strengthening the intellectual property awareness of the research team,optimizing the patent application process,strengthening the market-oriented orientation of patents,and constructing a patent value evaluation system,the quality and value of patents in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements can be improved,and the deep integration of technology and economy can be promoted.
