摘　　要：目的探讨眼睑双蒂皮瓣睫毛转位术治疗局限性倒睫乱睫的临床疗效。方法以2023年1月至2024年12月在郑州人民医院就诊的56例局限性倒睫乱睫患者为研究对象,所有患者均行眼睑双蒂皮瓣睫毛转位术治疗,观察患者手术成功率、术后并发症发生率及术后3个月复发率。结果56例患者中共有术眼82眼,手术效果为治愈70眼,有效10眼,失败2眼,手术成功率97.56%(80/82)。5例患者(5眼)出现术后并发症,并发症发生率为6.10%。随访3个月,2例(2眼)患者复发,复发率为2.44%。结论眼睑双蒂皮瓣睫毛转位术治疗局限性倒睫乱睫疗效较好,患者术后并发症发生、复发风险较低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of eyelash transposition with double pedicle eyelid flaps in the treatment of localized trichiasis disorder.Methods 56 patients with localized trichiasis treated in Zhengzhou People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were studied.All patients underwent eyelash transposition with double pedicle eyelid flaps.The success rate of operation,the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate at 3 months after operation were observed.Results There were 82 affected eyes in 56 patients,70 eyes were cured,10 eyes were effective,and 2 eyes were failed.The success rate of operation was 97.56%(80/82).Postoperative complications occurred in 5 patients(5 affected eyes),with a complication rate of 6.10%.After 3 months of follow-up,2 patients(2 affected eyes)recurred,and the recurrence rate was 2.44%.Conclusions Eyelash transposition with double pedicle eyelid flap is effective in the treatment of localized trichiasis disorder,and the risk of postoperative complications and recurrence is low.
