正畸治疗联合树脂修复前牙牙体缺损患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸治疗联合树脂修复在前牙牙体缺损患者中的临床疗效。方法选取2022年9月至2024年9月泰州市第四人民医院收治的56例前牙牙体缺损患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为两组,其中对照组28例患者采用树脂修复治疗,观察组28例患者联合使用正畸治疗。比较两组患者的牙齿美观度、牙周指标以及牙髓活力。结果治疗后2个月时,观察组患者牙齿美学指数指标评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者根尖周指数、牙周探诊深度、临床附着水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且该组患者牙髓活力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗联合树脂修复可提高前牙牙体缺损患者的牙齿美观度,有效改善牙周、牙髓状况,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment combined with resin repair in patients with anterior tooth defects.Methods This study selected 56 patients with anterior tooth defects treated at Taizhou Fourth People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 as research subjects.Based on different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group included 28 patients treated with resin restoration,while the observation group included 28 patients who received combined orthodontic treatment.The aesthetic appearance of their teeth,periodontal indicators,and pulp vitality were compared between the two groups.Results Two months after treatment,the observation group had lower scores on the aesthetic index of teeth compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group also showed lower apical periodontal index,probing depth of periodontium,and clinical attachment level compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Additionally,the vitality of dental pulp was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Orthodontic treatment combined with resin restoration can improve the tooth aesthetics of patients with anterior dental defects,and effectively improve the periodontal and pulp conditions,which is worth promotion and application.
